There are many social awareness dimensions, and they are Individualism and Esteem, Empathy, Responsibility, Openness to Experience, and Perspective-Takes. These are the essential elements of a person’s social awareness, where each one builds on the other in a meaningful way. When people can successfully integrate these different perspectives, they will generate a unique and positive social awareness. By effectively combining all these elements, people will be able to experience a social change in a meaningful way, which leads to better social relationships. Teachers need to teach students how to understand and manage social awareness, self-awareness, and self-management skills. The curriculum will be more effective, and students will benefit from learning these concepts. They will be able to engage in meaningful conversations with others, and they will be able to practice emotional empathy while engaging in classroom discussions.
